How to Enrol

1 Fill in the application form below.

2  The school will send you your booking and an invoice for a £100 deposit. 

3  Once the deposit has been paid, you will receive an Acceptance Letter, which can be used to apply for a visa.

4  Check if you need a visa. If you do, apply for a Short-Term Study Visa (6-11 months) or a Standard Visitor Visa (1 week - 6 months)

5 Once you have your visa, the school will arrange your accommodation.

6  After your accommodation is confirmed, the school will send you another invoice for the remaining fees (course and accommodation).

7  Book your flights and arrange travel / medical insurance. 

8 Show your passport and Acceptance Letter when you enter the UK. (This also applies to EU citizens.)

How long can I stay?
You can stay in the UK for the length of your course. Once it’s ended, you may be able to stay up to a maximum of 30 days more.  You  cannot stay in the UK for more than 11 months.

How long does it take to get the visa?
You can apply for a visa up to 3 months before your date of travel to the UK.
You should get a decision on your visa within 3 weeks.

You cannot:
  • work or carry out any business
  • extend this visa
  • bring family members with you

invoice  -  a document giving details of goods or services that someone has bought and must pay for accept  -  to allow someone to join an organization
proceed -   to continue assess  -  to test somebody's level at something
fill in -   to add information such as your name or address in the empty spaces on an official document remaining  -  still left after other people or things have gone, have been dealt with etc
agree  -   to say that you will do something that someone else wants or suggests period -  an amount of time during which something happens
insurance -  an arrangement in which you pay an insurance company an amount of money so that they will give you money if something you own is damaged, lost, or stolen, or if you die or are ill or injured dietary requirements  -   food that someone can or cannot eat due to religious or medical reasons
details -  information request  -  an act of asking for something in a polite or formal way
disability  -  a condition in which someone is not able to use a part of their body or brain properly, for example because of an injury expiry date - the date on which something can no longer be used
