Teacher Profile

Classroom Teaching (15 hours Week)

Each day consists of 3 hours of classes.   All four language skills are covered in class but priority is given to speaking and listening.  New language is introduced through either topic based classes or classes that practise everyday English.  The vocabulary and grammar taught is continually recycled in order to help you remember it. To further reinforce the work done in class, supplementary exercises are set as homework.

In addition to classroom teaching, we occasionally take students into the community so that they can practise their English with local people.  This might include, for example, interviews with local business owners and professionals.

There is no social programme with the semi-intensive course from September to April.  However, we would be happy to give you sightseeing advice so that you can explore the area yourself.  Many of the region's famous sights can easily be reached by public transport.
